How to Buy Products

  1. Browse for the items that you require by clicking on the categories links on the left of the site, or by using the Search box on the top right of the site.
  2. When you see items that you would like to buy, you may add them to your shopping cart by clicking the Add Selected Items or Add This To My Cart buttons on the page.
  3. When checking out with your cart, you will be asked to either make a new account with us, or log into your existing account in order to complete the purchase. This is a straightforward process and will allow you to log into our site in future to track the status of your orders once placed.
  4. During checkout, you will be asked to select the shipping and payment options which will be most convenient for you, after which you will be taken to a final confirmation screen before your order is confirmed (if you are paying via EFT), or before you are able to enter your credit card details (if you are paying via credit card).
  5. Once your order has been paid for, you will be able to track it by logging into your account on the site and you will also receive an email from us detailing your order details.
  6. Please note that orders will only be delivered once we have received a signed proof of payment via fax or email. In the case of an EFT, this would be a copy of your proof of transfer. Proof of payment can be emailed to helpdesk@techexpress.co.za for processing.
